History

         He has spasticity both arm and leg. He has difficulty controlling the head and neck. The vision and hearing are normal. He can speak but it’s not clear. He has a problem with saliva control. In past history, he was nature birth with 3,000 grams of birth weight. Now he can’t crawl. He can sit with support. He can’t help themselves and need assistance to do the activity of daily life. He mostly lives in a wheelchair. The special need for him in a wheelchair that suits his physiology and pathology.
