History

         She has severe spasticity both arm and leg with severe S-Scoliosis; Abnormal curve of the spine. She has a Pectus excavatum in which a person’s breastbone is sunken into her chest. She has a joint contracture both shoulder elbow hand hip knee and ankle joint. The vision and hearing are normal but she has poor communication. In past history, she was a natural birth. After birth, she was neonatal jaundice and high fever. Now she has to take medication to reduce spasticity and she can’t help themselves. She mostly lives in a wheelchair so there is a special need for her is a wheelchair that suits her physiology and pathology.
